(SVR-00538)  This charming, 400 sq-ft studio apartment on the second floor of a carriage house is accessible from the lane behind 535 East Congress Street and accommodates two people.


The apartment is a half block from Broughton Street in the heart of the Savannah Historic District and just a few blocks to River street on the waterfront.  

There is a full gourmet kitchen, a dining area that seats 4, a comfortable living room area with a 44" flat-screen TV and two cozy wing-back chairs.

Hidden behind the faux cupboard is a queen-sized murphy bed that is very comfortable and easy to open and close.

A 3-piece bath with 5ft x 3ft walk-in shower rounds out the apartment.

There is a brick dedicated parking spot that sits next to the building and a shared courtyard for guests of Jasmine Quarters.

Vaulted ceilings add to the spacious and airy feeling of this studio apartment.  The back windows look south onto the quiet lane and the north windows into the courtyard. There is a private entrance up a flight of outside stairs.

East Congress Lane is the alley a half-block south of East Congress Street, between East Congress and Broughton Streets. Access to the apartment is from the lane through a gate and up a flight of stairs in the garden between the carriage house and the main building at 535 East York Street. The codes for the keypad locks on the gate and door will be furnished to the tenant.
